I’m a member and get massages often. This facility is by far my favorite! The front desk people are also so nice and polite. As far as the therapists, I’ve weeded through the good and not so good ones. I let the desk people know so it’s noted who I like and who I don’t. If for some reason I forget, it’s noted. My favorites are Anne, Jill, and Erin. If one of them isn’t available, most likely I won’t schedule unless the front desk confirms a name who’s massage style is close to my top three.
