Everyone working at Elements in Piney Creek makes me feel like a valued client, from the front desk person to the therapists. I used to have a long term membership at another spa and they constantly tried to move my appointments around to accommodate newbies. I like that Elements doesn't do that to us.
Every time I come in, everyone is warm and welcoming. Every massage is amazing, especially with James!
Very professional and the massage therapist did a good job.
The staff is amazing! From the first step in the door, through the massage, to checking out everything is seamless. I highly recommend the Piney Creek location!
