Nelly did an amazing job on my back, neck and shoulders. I only did an upper body massage. I woke up the next morning, and my ankles did not hurt when I got out of bed and my jaw was definitely more relaxed. Every time she moved her arm over my back and shoulders I could feel my muscles relax.
