Elements Massage in Mansfield is absolutely the best. From the staff that works behind the desk to the massage therapists! I love my massage therapist and she is absolutely the best! So much so, I can’t say her name. She is an elite therapist and is very hard to book! We book out three months in advance. My family has been going here for awhile now and have only had a great experience!
Called to reschedule appointment 20 hrs before, they charged $50 fee b/c it was within 24hrs, and took the 1hr + gift card (value of $115) to pay the late fee. But when I came to their store to hand deliver the gift card it took 20 minutes for them to figure out how to cancel the credit card charge they made on my card immediately after i canceled.
