I had a great experience here. The spa is clean, calm, and very relaxing, and my massage therapist was attentive throughout the session. I really enjoyed the 1-hour massage and left feeling refreshed. I booked and paid online, which was perfect, and the intake form asked all the relevant questions. If you pay online, be sure to mention it at checkin. I had to clarify that I had already paid. Overall a great experience and I would return. Highly recommend!
The front desk staff were professional and very welcoming, and the space itself is clean and well-maintained. My first session was a positive experience, which is why I decided to return for a second appointment with the same therapist a week after. Unfortunately, the second visit did not meet my expectations. Lena was my practitioner. Although this was her 6th week at Elements she has a wealth of experience that I appreciated as she guided me through modalities that my body needed. My lymph massage was an excellent return to receiving bodywork and I will return. Thank you, Elements!
