That was the worst massage I've ever had. Schedule for an hour. Massage didn't start until 1:19 and finished at 1:54. Therapist spent most of the time messing with blankets and sheets and towels so the entire time I was massaged was maybe 20 minutes. I asked to focus on problem areas instead of the whole body and she kept walking away from any area without it staying warmed up so a) nothing was helped and b) everything was done cold. Am leaving in more pain than I walked in with. This was a waste of money.
We never went there I was going to get my mother a spa day here but I don't agree with DEI and that's the first thing I saw on their website. That's horrible
Brian is a great massage therapist. He listens and is able to help relax your body. I had a horrible headache and he was able to work on my jaw, scalp and back of neck to help release the pain. Thank you Brian for another great massage!
Wasnt going to write anything but still so upset. Avoid this place at all costs. I dont even know if I should start with the constant loud pounding sounds throughout my entire massage or all the talking in the hallways. Could not relax at all. The massage itself was average but not worth the premium price they charge. When talking to the manager, I believe his name was Matt, he could care less. Seemed like he knew nothing about massage or customer service and was as young as my son. Had to spent $180 on an emergency massage ... read more
