Did not have a great experience. Before the massage I spoke with my massage therapist and told her I prefer deep pressure and said I wanted to work out the knots in my upper back that have been bothering me. I also mentioned that while I can take a lot of pressure on my back, my legs I prefer to not have as much pressure. I felt like I got a Swedish massage instead. Love this place. I get monthly massages through my membership benefits and the services provided and price points are outstanding.
I have been working with Brian for a while now. Initially my range of motion was so limited that I would sustain injuries every few months. I have very good range of motion now and never experience regular injuries. I have been training my shoulders for many years and had never experienced any real gains. Since working with Brian, I am now really seeing results in my training. I never would have guessed that this would make that much of a difference.
