I went in for a level 1 pressure maybe I had a little more but it was not bad at all i was like tense but managed to relax. For being the first time having a massage it was not bad I liked it alot.
Did not have a great experience. Before the massage I spoke with my massage therapist and told her I prefer deep pressure and said I wanted to work out the knots in my upper back that have been bothering me. I also mentioned that while I can take a lot of pressure on my back, my legs I prefer to not have as much pressure. I felt like I got a Swedish massage instead.
