Total scam. They charge you every month, then steal back the sessions you already paid for after 12 months. Outrageous!
I can say with complete confidence that Danielle gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. She is extremely experienced in the art and I left feeling like I fell asleep on a cloud. Danielle is absolutely amazing and I will be back many, many more times ! I highly recommend Danielle, she is super sweet and makes you feel so comfortable

I had my first experience with Elements Massage several weeks ago. I was greeted warmly by the front desk person, and it's good to get your online forms filled out in advance so you are just in the relax mindset. I was a loyal member for 6+ years, paying $80/month and banking services. I utilize there monthly program and when you accumulate to many it goes in a bank and you can pause at any time. I went in the Spring and tol I had 8 sessions left. I utilized one 8/14 and have $15 on account and assumed 7 were left. When I showed up for my massage I was told my account was inactive, my credits were gone, and sessions were supposedly used in Illinois — a state I’ve never even visited.
