Had some great massages here, but the current front desk staff really makes the experience uncomfortable. For example, we called to change the name of the person getting a massage, and when we arrived, somehow the notes were not in the system. They were very rude — you should have come earlier; I worked late and had to get here early. The tone of voice and words used were very unfriendly. Let go of your bad days and treat others kindly, or we won't want to enter your building.
I had had another massage by Dina but the 2nd massage wasn't as good. It felt rushed and Dina and I did not connect like the 1st time. Today I had a 2nd massage with Ivy and I think she may be favorite. Very intuitive and had some great suggestions to help a couple of problem areas and gave referral for an acupuncturist. I absolutely loved the atmosphere. My massage therapist, Sarah, was incredible, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly.
