I am significantly frustrated with the scheduling practices and customer service at the Louisville branch. While the massage therapists are excellent, the scheduling capabilities are unacceptable. Online Appointments are unreliable. Frequent unnotified changes, such as appointments being moved by 30 minutes without notice, or confirmed 60-minute bookings being unilaterally extended to 90 minutes. I booked a last-minute deep-tissue massage to remedy extreme pain/stress throughout my body. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Zanna, who was so warm, professional, and welcoming. The ambiance throughout the spa was incredibly relaxing.
