Bought a gift card for my wife from ‘gift of glow’ as they have listed this location as participating vendor. When called, they do not accept the card and I have now wasted 200 dollars.
Wow. After years of being a loyal customer I decided to pause my membership. I asked if I would be told before it started up again after the 3 month pause and I was told yes. I was not told. After 3 months they started to charge me. I missed the charge the first month but realized it before the second charge was about to be made. Ok people with all the massage places in the world. My left arm is in major pain and I went online to book a 30 min hand massage. The website kept misdirection me. So after trying several times, I went to check my email to see if I was sent any confirmation and I wasn't. I was then called after 430p to ask if I was coming in.
