Wow. After years of being a loyal customer I decided to pause my membership. I asked if I would be told before it started up again after the 3 month pause and I was told yes. I was not told. After 3 months they started to charge me. I missed the charge the first month but realized it before the second charge was about to be made. I called and asked for the charge not to be made and to cancel since you can only pause once. Nobody called me back so I called again and nothing. Amazing staff l, amazing manager. The therapist was off the charts. Lee hit all the right spots and made me feel really special and I had one of the best massages of my life.
