Great massage – Every time I have gone there this past year, I have received an excellent massage. I have been a patron for over a year and just love it!
Worst massage in 12 years – The therapist was different than the one I had asked for. She apparently was new. I told her twice to put more pressure into it. She didn't comply. Her hands were as cold as ice. She acted as if she was afraid to touch me at all. Very poor massage. Made me wonder why she even got into massage therapy. Then the worst part was when I came out and was asked by the guy sitting at the front desk how it was and when I told him how bad it was, he asked, "would you like to leave her a tip?"
