Absolutely the best service you can get! Such great therapist/staff/ management!
Today is the Grand Opening of the second branch in Castle Rock. I called this morning for an appointment and was put on a waitlist. Someone cancelled and I received a call back. It was very convenient. I also received the special $10 off the regular membership price (I wasn't aware of the promo until I was checking out). We tried booking a deal today, February 13th, and were told that because it says it must be booked BY Feb. 13th, we are too late. Even after explaining that "booked by" includes the date and that "book before" would be what she's thinking of, we still didn't get anywhere. The receptionist ended up arguing, incompetently, that those phrases mean the same thing. I'm in disbelief that the receptionist argued over $10! We will be getting our massages elsewhere.
