went twice and asked for deep tissue and for 20 minutes all she did was put her hands softly on my neck. When asked her to do deep tissue she said she was doing deep tissue. I have had many massages and that was not even a massage let alone deep tissue. she said she was ending our 90 minute session because I asked for a deep tissue. The front desk argued with me because I was upset and said it wasn't their fault. this place is the worst no apology or anything. Don't waste your money here absolutely horrible. I love this place I’ve been going here for a couple of years. All the therapists I’ve been to have been excellent. Pat is my favorite but if I can’t get into him any other therapist I’ve been to I’ve been happy with.

I’ve been with massage elements for a couple years now. They are always willing to work with me and if I need to have my account put on hold for a few months, it’s super easy. Half the time, I end up with massages on my account that I didn’t even know I have! If you have HSA, the process is great as well! And last winter they even offered me a free stone massage.
