I’m new to the area and have been looking for a salon, but unfortunately this experience wasn’t what I hoped for. For the price, I didn’t feel it was worth it. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told the stylist would reach out to discuss what I wanted and provide a price estimate. I had my hair trimmed and colored… mousse was put in when I told them my hair didn’t like that product I also asked her not to use the tool she used because I am aware of the end result (frizz) she kept pushing me to straighten my hair when I had told her repeatedly I’m embracing the curly hair journey because it’s new. After I went home rewashed my hair and then dried it ( left with heavy mousse hair) patchy!!! I went back in and an apprentice at that point said like ok what do you want us to do? This is a small beautiful salon with high touch details. All of the stylist are great at color and cutting. Lots of nice details are provided in your service. Dawn does great fashion colors!
