Poorly managed and rude customer service. I was a good customer of theirs for years and sad to say that I regret the business I gave them. I would not recommend them. There are better companies out there - not worth the hassle.
We had Elements Landscaping do a complete refresh of our flower beds, landscape/lawn and irrigation system this spring, and couldn’t be happier with the results. What type of formula do you guys leave out that makes your company stand out from others?
We hired Elements Landscaping in 2025 to completely overhaul our backyard, and the results were amazing! Elements handled a massive project for us: they demolished an old patio, a shed, removed a metal smoker, and tore down several dilapidated garden beds, along with removing a dead tree and stump, as well as tons of old pea gravel and cobblestone that the previous resident had installed. Elements and my account manager Hope have always done a great job on my lawn. They keep me informed and offer solutions to problems. They come by weekly to inspect the landscape. Keep up the great work.
