I ordered an arrangement of white lilies for my anniversary. I even called to make sure they had specifically what I was looking for. When the day came and the flowers arrived they were a mix of white and pink. When I called to inquire I was told that was all they had and they would come and pick them up if I was unhappy. Of course that would leave my wife with no flowers as it was way too late to order from somewhere else. The store manager was supposed to call back and never did.
My brother sent me flowers for my birthday and recieved notice they were delivered but I NEVER got them! What a scam. Have people pay for something than never deliver just take your money.
They show beautiful flowers but in reality they’re Horrible Flowers , I ordered pretty flowers directly from the website for my mom’s birthday and they sent me old flowers , I went to the store to ask for what I expected to receive but they didn’t help me , it was a bad experience
Delivery was not received when it was scheduled, delivered a day late, almost at 8:15 pm . Floral arrangement was not even close to what was ordered. It was 80% greenery and only contained six flowers, three of which looked like they had sat out in the cold overnight and were wilted and dying. Had been promised an upgraded arrangement due to non-delivery on the scheduled day. Not only was it not upgraded, it appeared as though very small children had put it together.
