Great place have a loan with them no problems!
Ryan Sebree is my Private Client Contact at Elements. Unfortunately, my contacts with him are usually due to Stressful Banking issues related to the GARBAGE Backend System of Elements. Every Time, without fail, Ryan takes my heat then delivers some of the best personalized response I've ever had. He does so timely, WITH sincerity and always fixes the problem using every tool at his disposal or at the very least uses every bandaid he has access to. When I switched over to the credit union 7 years ago, they were amazing, excellent customer service and the best rates for loans and mortgages. Now it is terrible. Straight to voicemail for all circumstances; they never answer the phone. Don't count on them calling you back or answering emails any time soon either. Gone from the best experiences to the worst! Such a bummer. What changed???
