Would give 0 stars if possible. This institution is operating "below the line" with shady fees and tactics to drive revenue up. They have inadequate systems for taking payments requiring customers to mail in documents to set up autopay for every loan they are servicing. They communicate over snail mail only and take so long that fees incur because their the only bank that hasn't "caught up".
