I have been a member here for many years and had multiple accounts. I have experienced nothing but issues. Finally reached the point that I had to move all my money to another institution. This credit union does NOT care about their members.
The absolute best financial institution I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t try to stick you with high interest rates and they offer the best service around. They have me for life.
Elements Financial is by far the worst credit union in the entire Midwest. Their credit specialist mismanage members’ accounts by poor negotiating and their inability to honestly communicate. Laura H. and Jacob ( supposedly a supervisor) both failed to look at the past emails and phone conversations relevant to the status of my loan; therefore implying and calling me a liar.
Terrible rate. Terrible customer service. Move at the speed of a drip of pitch. NEVER USE THIS "COMPANY"
