I just signed up with Elements for the Debt Consolidation program and received my new credit card within the last week. I had some problems. I put the wrong information into paying down on some credit cards. Granted I live in New Jersey, the Elements had your local office reach out to me, and they assigned a wonderful lady. Her name is Robin Morrison, she not only helped me cancel the two transactions but was able to help me resend them out appropriately over the phone, and cleared up my problem immediately. We had a great experience with Elements Financial when getting our mortgage for our new home! Karla and her team were very responsive, patient, and answered any questions that my wife and I had. They also worked with us to get the best rate for our new house. I would highly recommend working with them!
Would give 0 stars if possible. This institution is operating "below the line" with shady fees and tactics to drive revenue up. They have inadequate systems for taking payments requiring customers to mail in documents to set up autopay for every loan they are servicing. They communicate over snail mail only and take so long that fees incur because their the only bank that hasn't "caught up". They only give a "1 time fee reversal as a courtesy" so this is an intentional tactic. It's a crying shame that this bank was started b... read more
