Love. Love, my Elements checking, savings and CD accounts. They manager them for me and when I have a question or concern they are only a phone call away. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable each and every time.

Each team member…Jill,Brad,Dial, Stevie and customer service reps have gone above and beyond in assisting me. I have highest respect and gratitude for each of them. All are exemplary team members.
I have been an Elements customer for over 20 years. Brad was my loan advisor for a recent home purchase. Brad was wonderful to work with! He and my realtor had a great partnership that smoothed all of the bumps in the home buying process. Brad provided timely updates and worked diligently to ensure all issues were addressed. I appreciate Brad for his support and his hard work! He provided the service that I expect from Elements FCU!
Elements consistently offers excellent service, its online platform is solid, and I have always found the people working there to be competent and efficient. Sadly, I can not say the same of some of the other credit unions with which I bank. I bank with Elements remotely (from New Mexico) and have never set foot in an Elements branch...but they make that easy to do. Elements offers competitive rates and special offers for both borrowers and savers.
