I’d like to start by saying that Dr. Zoobi has been my dentist for several years, and overall I’ve had positive experiences here, including a successful Invisalign journey and thorough biannual cleanings. That said, during my most recent visit, there was a significant breakdown in communication and scheduling. I experienced multiple long waits with no updates, and ultimately no care was provided during that appointment.
