Front desk staff was very rude and denied me entry because I won money early in the night and said it was because of intoxication even though they have let me in more intoxicated in the past. Horrible place don’t recommend they only want you there if you lose money.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this casino due to the behavior of the security staff. Instead of treating guests with professionalism and respect, several employees seemed more interested in throwing their authority around than actually helping people. They came across as rude, confrontational, and on a constant power trip, making what should have been an enjoyable night feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Went to see Ben Klein's ELVIS tribute. The show tickets included a lovely buffet dinner. The show was professional and the food was great. Seating was set up for people to see show without neck strain. Staff was very efficient and professional. Bathrooms were very clean. I recommend this faulty for shows and dinners. 5 out of 5.
