Security is not great 2 cars have been stolen including my husband’s and they never helped, all they want is the money! They would always hang up on me and never help with my needs.
This was a lovely apartment. It is just a shame that no one can communicate. I always paid my rent on time, followed every single rule and kept my apartment clean. We stayed the entire lease, and did everything correctly. After we moved out, we get a random $500 bill, that is nowhere in our rental agreement. We got notified of it tonight, and they say it's paid in full, in the next ten days, that we will be put into collections. This is place has given us the worst experience possible, our rent increased by $200 at the end of our contract so we decided to move out once it ended, we spoke with multiple “managers” who confirmed us there is no charge to move out at the end of our contract, then one month later we get a bill for $3,900.00 for moving out, we call about it and we get hung up on we get emails to the manager that never get replied, it is outrageous how this place can get away with stealing peoples money like this!!
Was told our first month is free but instead was only given a $500 discount. Left voicemails and emails but still haven't heard back so over 2 months later we're still owed $840. Also I have to get a new tire because I ran over 4 nails in the parking lot.
