It is so disgusting to say that I live here. We haven't had AC for past two weeks, my husband went down to the leasing office almost everyday to get an update because hello we live in texas the heat is killer. The front desk lady "nicole" said that they weren't doing any maintenance yet because of new management unless it was an emergency he then explained how the heat is obviously an issue as our apartment has been 80 degrees everyday and she just brushed him off.
