The service was excellent, I received the bottle of energy boost to cut my caffeine habit. It took about 3 days before noticing the differences. These days, I am taking one tea spoon as soon as I wake up, and able to skip coffee all together. Definitely recommended. The bottles comes with full easy to follow instructions.
