The company was professional on the phone until they showed up smelling of weed and cigarettes, cussing, and rough housing. When brought to their attention they came off as rude and ignorant using racial slurs and acting as if they have done no wrong. When I call elemental landscaping company no one answers the phones any more and I get sent to Jacob’s voice mail every time. Would not recommend
Jacob has a great eye for design and he and his crew work very hard to serve their clients. We have been thrilled with the complete backyard and patio redesign and all of the other work the Elemental team has done. Best in town!
They are amazingly eager to please. The quality of their work is among the best I have ever had.
