Type of Care: Can't fill out because I never received anything but problems from this office. They are a wanna-be med spa that tries to milk every dollar out of their patients. I went through 3 different "doctors" within 6 months, a huge red flag I didn't even consider. Office Experience: What office? Whenever you try to call their phone there is no option to speak with a staff member, probably because no one works there. Emails take weeks to get a response, if your lucky enough to even get one. I left a review for my local section of this place, but as they have centralized operations with multiple locations, anyone anywhere who is considering becoming a patient at this place should RUN for the hills. This place is so disastrously mismanaged it borderlines on negligence. DO NOT take your mental health—of all things—here. No one answers emails, accounts are improperly billed, and worst of all, providers cancel and no show with no communication. They overcharged me $80 and it is absolute crickets to get it refunded. ... read more
