They refuse to answer their phones and they don’t answer emails. How is that taking care of people? EDIT** 3/13 Initially I was not able to reach the practice after completing intake. Once they responded I saw a doctor quickly. Let me tell you Robert is the most real doctor out there. Really enjoyed our appointment he clearly cares and is knowledgeable and respects you as a person and not just a patient. Robert is 5 star, 4 overall considering the lack of communication early on.
EDIT: I am waiting on Elemental to refund $80 in over charges to which I can get NO response. Not only is this place an all out dumpster fire, they are, in essence, thieves. Hope they have fun dealing with the BBB! This place is so disastrously mismanaged it borderlines on negligence. DO NOT take your mental health—of all things—here. No one answers emails, accounts are improperly billed, and worst of all, providers cancel and no show with no communication. Truly disgraceful.
STOP!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING! Due to no fault of my own and what was clearly some fault of the systems this place uses I was charged $150 for a missed online appointment. I did not miss the appointment I was in the waiting room for over 30min after logging in and "knocking" but nobody ever showed up. The staff's attitude to me protesting this was rude and had a smug vibe of "jeez shut up we took your money get over it". Completely unacceptable service for an addiction psych. Do not come here for suboxone, I counted on them and the day of my appointment the "provider," added a bunch of conditions I couldn't meet to get my medication. Now I have to taper off unexpectedly and am at a higher risk of relapse. The communication between provider and reception is horrible. I would never come back to elemental unless I had absolutely no choice.
Alyssa did my Botox and ADVAtx laser treatments - She’s so great!!! Absolutely Loving my results for both. The ADVAtx laser has really helped with my sun spots / hyperpigmentation. My skin also feels very tight! Highly recommend!!
