RecommendedA wonderful friendly family run business. Jimmy is an absolute genius with bonsai trees. I've been a repeat customer for many years and will continue to be. I've not only bought trees but given them to him to be "serviced ", repotted, trimmed etc. they always come back looking amazing! Can't recommend enough. Should rename it the bonsai whisperer!

ordered a hoya kerrii heart which arrived on time unfortunately the handling of it wasn't as expected for a fee of almost $15.00. Time to go look for other option for a mother's day gift.
Got a green island ficus and a Mount Fuji Serissa rose, a rectangle pot, and a gallon of soil.... the staff were very friendly.... prices were fair!!!! Beautiful nursery

Excellent variety of plants and Bonsais to choose from. Staff is very knowledgeable about topics ranging from plant species to problematic symptoms and pest. I've been shopping from them for over 10 years now. And today I had the opportunity to partake in a beginner's class in building and styling my own bonsai! I hope to make the advanced class one day!
These people will lie to you and your tree/plants will die...plus if you have a customer service complain, they will treat you like complete shiit ,,,0 stars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!#scam #worstbusiness terriblecustomerservice
Today was our second 40 min trip to Elemental Bonsai and Tea Gardens. It's always an exciting adventure for us and well worth the trip. Our son Brian is always searching for a treasure and EB&TG never fails to deliver! Thanks Juan for assisting Brian today! You're the best!
