Shower was not cleaned before I arrived. Standing in my room bathroom it sounded like water was going to come through the ceiling. Complimentary breakfast was painful. No silverware in sight. Looked for water only to be told oh we have to clean the water container from last night. That takes a while. So literally no water. The bottoms of the towers with breads, etc. were apparently where to find a few stray pieces of silverware. Stay at the Sheraton next door instead.
All but two of the staff have an attitude problem and should not be in hospitality. The rooms are either cold or hot, no inbetwen no matter how you set the thermostat. Traveling for work it's important to get good sleep and this was simply not possible. Both rooms I was in, the bathroom fan didn't work. Coffee in the lobby was absolutely disgusting. Booked this on priceline -- the hotel added a $112 deposit to our stay and it took MONTHS of calling both the hotel and priceline to get the deposit back. The breakfast is a disaster -- I've been a catering and food service employee at another hotel and the staff are impossibly slow, disorganized, and cannot set up food service nor prepare food in a reasonable amount of time. Guy at the breakfast bar refilling items and handling food without a hairnet is gross. Also, why have someone there to cook breakfast if all you can have is what is sitting out in the open air with him leaning over it. No thanks on the free breakfast.
