The service and proffesionalism of the staff is awesome. They are very friendly amd helpful. The rooms and the pool area could need more equipment. We did not have a pan in the room only pots and only two spoons but as soon as I asked someone for help the lady was very pleasant got us what we needed. The garbage could also be picked up daily. The prices are good, they offer fruit and a happy hour from 5:30 - 7 ish you get 2 drinks per person. It was a little dissapointing to find out they charge for parking if you are stayin... read more

This is my second stay at the Element Valley Forge King of Prussia location. I travel quite a bit for work and stay at a lot of hotels. This Hotel has an absolutely excellent front desk staff, Ishmael, Wynter and Janet to name a few. I am greeted enthusiastically when I’m checking in and every morning and evening when I go to work and come back. The breakfast staff always has a smile on their faces and are willing to help you. Staycation had an excellent stay, updated rooms, complementary breakfast great. And the indoor pool was a plus the water was nice and warm. Only downfall is you have to pay for parking.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel, not even as a last option. First of all, the front desk staff is extremely rude. We had an issue with check-out, and instead of being helpful, they were very disrespectful. Another problem was the stains on the sheets that looked like coffee. Honestly, it made me question the cleanliness standards of this place, because it doesn’t seem like they do a proper job. It even felt like the sheets weren’t changed between guests. Dirty Dirty Dirty No Service and Hospitalityat all. I am marriot platinum.... This is my first time here and this hotel is not marriot. Only one front crew work as Marriot but none of them works.... The pics I share is just a bit. Everywhere in this place is dirty and you dont even want to touch. Worst part is the coffee jar. I think they never clean and just fill whatever they have. Coffe smell like Gym floor. Also Dont even think about to ask anyone this hotel because they will not help you.
