No complaints. Wanted to give a shout out to Kevin and Emani at the front desk for their help with my very late room change. They have quiet hours which is nice. Breakfast is good.
We love this location! We were very pleased and our cat,Hunter, had a blast!
Ok for an overnight but bring indoor shoes/slippers because the entire facility, though fairly recently remodeled could use serious cleaning throughout. In fairness to the staff who were all kind and courteous, the clientele seem to be oblivious to the fact that they are interacting in a shared space that is not their home and their Mom does not live there to pick up after them.
I was not very happy at this hotel. It is right next to a highway and VERY noisy. The offerings at the breakfast buffet were not very good with too many sugary treats and a small amount of healthy choices that did not get refilled when they were empty. The staff does not follow appropriate cleanliness routines. For example, the milk thermoses were refilled but the spouts were not cleaned. I have traveled a lot. This place competes for first in cleanliness, staff attentiveness and friendliness. A good breakfast with nice offerings is available in the mornings. Top tier from custodial to management. I offer much respect.
