The one positive about this hotel is the customer service I received from Ms. Jayla C. She was professional, pleasant, and genuine. I applaud her work ethic and going over and beyond to assist us. Thank you, Ms. Jayla you are to be commended! Hope to see you next time.
Stayed for one night for family reunion. Had a room next to the stairs, very noise especially during breakfast hours. Bathroom floor has lots of hair when we first check in, it is also very dirty when you wipe with the tissue. The body wash was placed on the sink instead of on the wall (I guess it fell off the wall?) but never fixed. Only had one set of towels and had my spouse had to go and ask for more. Found some black spots on the bedsheet…
We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. They treated us like family and were always kind, caring and helpful. Especially Wynter, Shamar, Hailey , Kevin and Dom. The hotel was very clean, and you could tell they really take pride in making sure their guests feel comfortable. The front desk staff was very rude during checkin. I didn’t feel welcomed at all, she was super dismissive. The room was poorly maintained and the cleaning was not well done. I have been to so many element hotels and this one is def the worst so far.
