I had to pay 12$ on top of the hotel fee. I believe this is not fair at a suburb.
This hotel is absolutely clean and comfortable but the staff really shine here. They truly care about their guests and give 100% Ismail , Shamar and Marvin are rock stars.
Booked this on priceline -- the hotel added a $112 deposit to our stay. I must've called a half dozen times and never got any more help beyond 'we'll forward it to the manager." The breakfast is a disaster -- I've been a catering and food service employee at another hotel and the staff here are impossibly slow, disorganized, and cannot set up food service nor prepare food in a reasonable amount of time. I wanted to take a moment to recognize three exceptional employees at the Element/Marriott property: Wynter, Kevin, and Rainon. From the moment I walked in, they made a difficult day much better. This hotel feels like The Storage Center opened a hospitality division and forgot that humans have vertebrae. The room itself was sort of clean, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, getting to the room felt like participating in a low-budget escape room designed by a parking enforcement company.
