Any business that needs to change their name every few years is shady to me, also tried sticking a $5,000 Advantage News bill to my business.

They are cost competitive and a great value. They are dependable, professional and their work is excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires a quality and professional lawn service.
Could not get these folks to actually talk to me about what needed to be done. They finally showed up, did what they wanted, left the job half-done and sent me a bill. There are too many lawn services in Alton for anyone to behave this sloppily. Shop around and go somewhere else.

Both my mother and I requested estimates for lawn and landscaping projects this summer from Element. They never came by to either house, and neither of us were contacted back, either with an estimate or even to let us know they couldn’t get to us this season. NOTHING. It’s now been nearly 3 months. If you’re too busy to give an estimate within 2 weeks time, just say so.
