Moved out and when I did my move out report everything checked out and I as told I would get my full deposit back. It’s been two months since I moved out and my deposit has not been returned. There is one month of water bill I have not received a bill for and element said I can’t get my deposit till I pay that final amount. I check MyUtility and there is a $0 balance and no bill to be paid. Element claims they have been asking the city for that bill but I doubt that is true. Management is horrible. You will spend days for got simple information. Information on website didn't match with information from management. When I ask "why it doesn't match", respond was "I don't know".
Spoke to staff very arrogant, unhelpful would not inform us after repeat questions of how much the rent for their property
