Incredible mismanagement of buildings, including giving eviction notices to tenants by error, over five months without reliable hot water, and huge lakes of water pooling between the buildings and risking flooding because Element refuses to remove the snow. Last fall, Element gave me an eviction notice—completely by error. The notice claimed I wasn't paying my rent, even though they confirmed, when I called, that their computer systems showed all my rents were paid on time. Ronalt was so nice, always willing to help
Moved out and when I did my move out report everything checked out and I as told I would get my full deposit back. It’s been two months since I moved out and my deposit has not been returned. There is one month of water bill I have not received a bill for and element said I can’t get my deposit till I pay that final amount. I check MyUtility and there is a $0 balance and no bill to be paid. Element claims they have been asking the city for that bill but I doubt that is true.
