Upon returning from a family vacation, we learned that our vehicle was stolen from the secured parking lot in which you need a special pass to get out from. Clearly this is an inside job. I will say, upon dealing with this ordeal with the police, the Manager Mr Bhatra was quite helpful.
I stayed at Element Hotel for a night on 12th March 2026. I checked in around 9pm, at the desk I had Ansh. The check in was ok but not very welcoming , Ansh was not much interested. There was no one to help with luggage, I assumed maybe because of time. Next day while check out around 12 noon, there was again no one to help with luggage. It is an airport hotel, maximum stays would be transits, help with luggage is least expected. The corridor to get to the room and the room was very suffocating. Stayed here with my family when we got back vacation and we enjoyed every amenities. Clean and comfortable bed. Close to the airport. Love their breakfast too.
Very good hotel and an easy walk to terminal 3. Will be a go to for us from now on.
