I stayed here for one night while transiting through Toronto. Around 2 PM on April 12, the male staff member at the front desk was extremely unfriendly. There wasn’t even a proper greeting, and his facial expression was cold and unwelcoming. I was really disappointed to experience such poor service at a Marriott-affiliated hotel. We booked this hotel mainly for the location and that didn't disappoint. There is a free shuttle every 30 minutes from the airport to the hotel and the other way. It's a 10 minute walk from Terminal 3. Service was good, we got a free upgrade and that was much appreciated. The room was standard with nice bed linens. The shower definitely needs an upgrade with very weak shower pressure.
