Amazing price, service, amenities and over all experience. They need more of this chain!
Poor service. Escalated issues but Manager doesn't care. She said "Go call elite number to complain". Front desk is not knowledgeable.

Upgraded us to a studio for free, which we appreciated. Great place to stay the night before a flight in order to wind down after a trip. Exactly what we were looking for, and the nicest place we stayed at in Ontario. The surrounding area is what you'd expect for a hotel bordering an airport, but there were some easy backroads to go for a run on. All the things we'd hope for were in this hotel, and the gym being 24/7 is a nice touch.
