RecommendedI wanted to give a big thank you to you guys for helping me pick out my mtn bike. I took it out today and hit blue bell, overlook, and camp trails at Andy Guest, she rides like a dream. Just getting back into cycling after not being on one since I was a kid. I had no idea what I needed and Gary took the time to explain everything in detail in terms I could understand. He treated me like a friend and there was no pressure to buy or attempts at upselling. I wasn’t sure I wanted to buy anything just yet but I ended up leaving with a bike rack which was fitted and mounted to my car and an order for a new bike! I have known Gary since 1992 he is a combination of Gandalf and McGuyver when it comes to bicycles. Gary has the knowledge and experience that only comes with having been in the bicycle game for a long time. If you want expert knowledge, service and repair, Element is the place to go. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
