Warning to anyone with geothermal. This company will rip you off. The first time we used Element for a warranty repair and it still cost us over $1,300. A year later our system went out over Labor Day Weekend with tons of family staying with us. I was hesitant to call Element but we were having trouble finding someone to come on the holiday weekend. That's not very nice, we will not rip you off. We charge a fair rate and treat everyone fairly. I have begged you to do regular maintenance on your geothermal unit. As a matter of fact, when I showed up there on Sunday, which was a holiday weekend, my 1st question to your husband was when was the last time we were here to maintenance the geo. I woke up this morning to the smell of natural gas in our home. I immediately called Ameren & 4 leaks were discovered. After calling numerous companies, nobody could get to us for a couple days. Someone recommended Element. I called & spoke to the owner Mike & he came out immediately & took care of all repairs. Very courteous & professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
They did one heck of a job on my mom’s duck work and they’re always there on time and very clean when they work
