I gave them 1 star because it would not let me give 0 stars. Called them to fix unit that was constantly blowing hot air and would not turn off. 3 trips later they were finally able to diagnose the problem, however, I had to wait another few days for the part to come in. The $90.00 part ended up with me getting a $1600.00 bill. When I called the owner of the company to speak about it he was rude and would not reduce bill and charge me only for work performed. Very expensive and incompetent business.
