Had to book a last minute stay and I’m so happy it was here!!!! The service, clean rooms, awesome atmosphere can’t be beat. Definitely will be staying here every time we’re in town!
It would have been 4 stars. Parking is terrible. Gate was broken and there was no way to get out. They said it was a problem all day. If they knew about it, they should have had someone open the gate and leave it open. Not only could I not get out, they didn’t even comp the parking. How do you know there is a problem all day and not address it? Seedy part of Scottsdale. Hotel is next to the Skin Cabaret. On the bright side, hotel staff is nice.
This hotel was amazing, the check in crew was super nice and it was super easy to check in. And the room came super set up and is really nice and clean. The couch is a pull out couch which is great for a big family. There is a tv, microwave, and a dish washer. There is a really nice pool with a great view at sunset. Overall our stay was excellent.
Great stay, clean rooms, friendly staff, and the complimentary breakfast is exceptional (omelettes, french toast, bagels, English muffins, cereal, etc.) .
