I made an appointment here for a Brazilian blowout after reading reviews and confirming they had a stylist that specialized in the treatment. The first treatment did not work. They had me come in again to fix it. 2ND try, no results. I've had this treatment done before so I know what it is supposed to do and that it works on my hair. After several weeks of back and forth with the manager, she refused to give me a refund. Hours of my time and over $200 later I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. Thanks to Emily, I have a whole new look. The cut and color she suggested made me look younger and more hip. She was very friendly and down to earth. Loved the whole salon atmosphere they got going on.
