A few years back I had went to go get my hair done by this Asian lady she was an apprentice there and They literally fried my hair! She left the bleach on for too long and my hair strand was so fragile that when she combed it and my hair just kept breaking off onto the floor. My long hair went from to my waist to my shoulder. Never ever will recommend this place to anyone. This is my over experience and wanna bring awareness to this place.
I sent this email to Element after my appointment and got no response. I would definitely not go there for lashes. I had an appointment for lash extensions on 3/14. I had made the appointment almost a week before that day. When I arrived I was taken to the lash room. I was then informed that the artist/tech did not have the tools to do my lashes. Kelly is very experienced and enjoyable to talk too!! I love her so much and look forward to getting my hair done. I have thin hair from weight loss surgery and she made me feel so much better. She does hair extensions. She is really good at what she does. I’m so thankful for her services.
Really bad experience, I was left with some kind of open sores on my head- which they basically blamed me for and refused to do anything about. Made me feel like I did something wrong and were unwilling to make it right. Gave me a drug store bottle of shampoo to make up for my $270 botched hair job. Would not recommended going here Edit: exhibit A of them somehow blaming me for chemically burning my scalp ⬇️⬇️
