I sent this email to Element after my appointment and got no response. I would definitely not go there for lashes. I had an appointment for lash extensions on 3/14. I had made the appointment almost a week before that day. When I arrived I was taken to the lash room. I was then informed that the artist/tech did not have the tools to do my lashes. Kelly is very experienced and enjoyable to talk too!! I love her so much and look forward to getting my hair done. I have thin hair from weight loss surgery and she made me feel so much better. She does hair extensions. She is really good at what she does. I’m so thankful for her services.

Really bad experience, I was left with some kind of open sores on my head- which they basically blamed me for and refused to do anything about. Made me feel like I did something wrong and were unwilling to make it right. Gave me a drug store bottle of shampoo to make up for my $270 botched hair job. Would not recommended going here Edit: exhibit A of them somehow blaming me for chemically burning my scalp ⬇️⬇️

I have been going to this place for about a year, I have gotten high lights from here and they look good as well as the eyelash extensions. I tried to be a regular but I find it really hard to make appointments here, It’s hard for me to manage time between school and work but I have gotten cancelled on many times. I understand things happen but it makes me frustrated because by the time I can make another appointment my eyelashes will already be mostly out and now I have to find a new. place.
