We are very pleased with the process working with Isaac and his team to completely renovate the lower level of our office building. This work included upgrading our HVAC system, adding bathrooms and creating 11 office spaces from 7 original. The quality of the work was excellent! His staff and the subcontractors he hired were totally professional. I can not even begin to say how "GREAT" this company is! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had a major issue in my mobile home, a horrible smell of a dead animal was coming through my entire house. We went through at least 25 companies to find this legitimate company, Element Restoration. Other companies said they do not service Roseville Michigan, or it could be 3 or more weeks to come out, one who said they specialize in dead animal removal but not in mobile homes, even though their website shows mobile homes, a... read more
Took me awhile for them to make an appointment. I know they're extremely busy! But WOW!!! It was so worth the wait!!! Isaac and his crew were very informative on what needed to be done to re-level my home. They start by evening out the piers and readjusting the tie-downs. I just had my house re-leveled 3 years ago. (Advised to get it done every 3) the other company just did a water level. Element went beyond that and adjusted the tie downs too! I can now feel a major difference in the floor!
