Phenomenal team, they did an excellent job renovating/remediating my laundry room after multiple leaks! Highly reccomend them to anyone who needs repairs.
Great experience with Element Restoration, when i requested service I was contacted minutes after I submitted the request. Was immediately put on the schedule to access my air conditioning duct issue. Service team arrived the next day took photos of the damage and shared them with me. I was then immediately added to the schedule that day to get my ducts fixed, were told they would be fixed that Thursday, the service team was in the area that Wednesday and stopped over and fixed the duct a day early. After purchasing our mobile home, I noticed that there was some buckling of the carpeting where the home came together. I figured it may need to be leveled and reached out to Isaac and his team for an appointment. Upon arrival, Isaac took the time to evaluate the buckling and listen to my concerns. He did an inspection under the home and found that it didn't need to be leveled but critters had done quite a bit of damage on the insulation in a particular part of the home.
