We were a sub contractor for their landscape install at Quinn's up in Snohomish and they didn't pay us for our last 2 home installs. About $80k of work they just didn't pay for. Super lame

Worst company ever!! We’ve been trying to get our master shower fixed for over 4 months!! We have two kids and now mold is present in our house and still no action from them!! The company they used to have it replaced has been amazing but as far as Jennifer who works for equity home (previous element homes) is horrible! We have to email her multiple times before we get a response!! They also told us they going bankrupt and they can’t do warranty work yet they want to build 11 news home in our neighborhood!!
