The hotel and service was good. We wanted to stay here because of the hot tub, we called to make sure it was working and they said it was. First night the heater was working the second night it was not heating. I called down to the front desk and said someone would be coming to check it out. We waited for 15 minutes in 35 degree weather and no one showed. The blinds in the room were broken and would not open. They do take pets and just an FYI they charge $15.00 per day for self parking.

Vroom, Vooo, Voooom Do you enjoy playing Roulette? This is the experience Element Reno experience district offers. Lobby is nice, breakfast is decant. If you are unlucky like me, you will be assigned to a room facing S Virginia St. We booked a suite ($200) hoping to get a good night sleep. Instead, We heard every single car drove past S Virginia St, some with super loud blasting music in their car with their windows down.
