Great interior spaces with modern furniture. The HVAC system is quiet and easy to use for control of room temperature. My only complaint is the road noise from Virginia St can be loud so be sure to pack ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
Newer hotel with nice looking rooms. However, the staff working there are lacking in customer service and a bit weird and socially awkward. The breakfast options are not as nice as some other element hotels I stayed at before. The food is not that fresh and pretty much all carbs. The "fresh cut" fruit salad looks like a few days old.
Highly recommended! My husband and I often travel to Reno for his work and, out of five hotels we’ve tried, this is the best. The kitchenette is very convenient, the gym is in good condition, the rooms are spacious and quiet, and there are great amenities. Breakfast was delicious every day, and the kitchen staff,especially Susana, Crisantos, and T their positivity and warm welcome every day made this stay so enjoyable that we’ll definitely keep choosing this hotel in the future.
