Anthony is amazing, very professional! He came and took care of a water leak in our garage in record time on a Friday evening. He even MacGyvered a key for our water shut off out of a copper pipe! Thank you so much!
Super responsive and Anthony is so nice and provided all the options for us to make the best decision! Will absolutely keep using Element! I have since received the estimates and they wanted to charge me $1200 to replace a faucet. I went online, found the faucet for $300 and did it myself (I am not a plumber) in less than an hour. Anthony and Tyler did a great job with the install of the new water heater. They were very conscientious about not making any messes, and worked quickly and efficiently.
Anthony was great and hopefully resolved my issue, but he also took the time to explain other, albeit much more expensive, options. My appointment was for almost 3 hours earlier than arrival, but the company took pains to keep me informed about the delay
