After our initial request for assistance, Element Plumbing was very prompt to get us on the schedule. Once our decision was made they quickly scheduled the work. The Technicians were very professional, they were considerate, neat and worked continuously until they were finished. We gave the 3 star rating due to communication issues. The original visit and scope of work estimate to replace our tankless water heater was not communicated with the main office. Called them to get our Clinic toilet fixed and they went out while I was still on the phone with the receptionist - Got the toilet fixed and did not charge us since it was a very simple fix - Highly recommend!

We had a drunk driver hit our gas meter which turned into a complete nightmare but Element was here to ease our pain and come up with a plan! They worked tirelessly on getting the work done and everyone was excellent! Thanks to Chelsea for always answering the phone with such kindness and BJ and Roy and crew for doing all the hard work to get us back up and running! I'd give you 10 stars if it was an option.
