I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. From the moment I arrived until the time I left, the level of unprofessionalism was unbelievable. The breakfast situation was ridiculous. It felt like food was being rationed, and guests were made to feel uncomfortable for simply trying to eat the breakfast that was included with their stay. It has been a while since I've stayed at a hotel so clean, nicely kept and with an amazing staff. Everyone was so pleasant and polite. I do have to be especially grateful to Miranda, who helped me unravel an issue regarding my reservation with a third party site. This young lady was patient and courteous and, most of all knowledgeable. She got it resolved in a short period of time, all with a smile. I am very grateful! Excellent management!
Nice clean hotel with thoughtful amenities. The breakfast was a 10. The omelette was delicious. I like the table we had in our room.
They charged me $27.69 for parking. I should’ve been told that at check in. I found out a few days later. The area is not busy to charge for parking. Other hotels closer to activities don’t charge for parking. These hidden fees are annoying, especially when they don’t tell you that even at check in, I think they do that on purpose not telling you.
