Stayed at Element for a week and the experience was generally positive. First, the good parts - Rooms were practical, well arranged and specious. Soundproof walls with very minimal outside noise. Free Breakfast with different egg-based options every morning, with yogurt station, pancake stands, fruits, etc. Friendly staff. Gym with multiple different machines for cardio and strength training. If you want to sleep, don't stay here! A nightclub just opened here and the noise is excessive and makes it impossible to sleep!
I only had a one night stay but Kargelis was absolutely amazing at check in and I will be revisiting the hotel next time because of her. She was so pleasant and accommodating with all of my needs. I truly appreciated her customer service. The room was also very spacious and came with so many amenities. I definitely will be back but when you check in please look for Kargelis. She is AWESOMEE!!!!

My wife anc I usually stay at the aloft connected to this hotel. We won’t be staying there anymore. The hotels share a parking lot. I forgot something in the room when we were leaving for dinner so my wife went ahead to the car while I ran back up. When I came back down she was telling me about this creepy guy in the parking lot. He’s white, around 50, bald and has a tattoo on his leg. As she’s describing him I see him also. He’s walking around looking at his phone and also looking in peoples cars.
