I’ve toured many buildings in Stamford and this one just inspires a sense of warmth. The apartment, the way the building is designed I mean everything. It’s also family friendly and it seems like a tight knit community. I also appreciate that Bozzuto the property management team is very responsive. The apartments are very big and the closet space is incredible. I highly recommend renting here you won’t be disappointed. - Caroline Tejeda
We have been living at Element One for about a year and a half. We love the location and amenities.
I’ve really enjoyed living here for the past year and a half, it has just the right amount of amenities for my lifestyle. I feel very safe and everyone who manages the building is always responsive and very helpful.
We moved to the Element One Apartments in November from the waypointe apartments in Norwalk, and i’m disappointed we weren’t able to find these apartments from the very beginning! To be able to say we love where we live now is such a positive change, and we have 0 complaints so far. The rent is reasonable for Stamford, i don’t feel like we are being charged for amenities we don’t use, and the leasing staff is nothing short of amazing.
