I absolutely love my new apartment! The open layout and large windows let in so much natural light, making the space feel airy and inviting. It's the perfect place to unwind after a long day.
One Year Update: Element 1 has been one of my favorite Apartment experience so far. I'm happy to call this place Home and to start a family here. Everyone one that works here is very amiable and helpful they deserve a 10/10. The proximity to store and restaurant is great. I can walk to most anything in a single song. "My wife and I have happily called Element One home for over a year. The building is quiet and clean. The entire staff deserves a solid 10/10 – their dedication truly shows! Maintenance requests are handled immediately. The surrounding area, buffered by Fish Church, offers a large open green space for leisure. A short walk to the Mill River at Scalzi Park and less than a 10-minute stroll to downtown bars/restaurants. We plan to continue calling this place home until we can afford a house/condo.
