The units are gorgeous, modern and close to everything I need. The amenities are convenient as well. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the church bell tolls. Otherwise the noise is minimal.
I had an excellent experience touring. The leasing team was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The unit itself was beautiful—spacious, clean, and exactly what I was looking for. The amenities are top-notch, and the community feels safe and well-maintained. I left the tour feeling very impressed and excited about the possibility of living here!
This is a very beautiful community. I was impressed with the property and the high-quality amenities after touring this community. I do feel like it is the most convenient for my family and myself. There are great things to do in town, very close to New York where I work, the community residents seem very friendly.
Element One is a beautiful, modern building that’s extremely well maintained. The spaces are bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed—it truly feels like home. I’ve also been so impressed with Annette; she’s warm, responsive, and clearly takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly. You can tell the team here really cares.
Element One truly lives up to its promise-refreshing, delightful, carefree. the building is modern, well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and responsive. A great place to call home!
