I booked a room here for a wedding and was still charged for parking, even though the wedding instructions promised complimentary parking with validation. I followed the directions exactly — brought my ticket inside to be scanned — yet I still got billed. When I reached out, I was bounced between Parkonect, ABM, Park Omaha, Empire Room, and Element Midtown Crossing, with everyone pointing fingers instead of fixing a simple mistake. Idiots! They want to charge for a room which was not ready, so I stayed someplace else. I have over 300 stays at Marriott hotels, never had to fight with a manager before. I showed up with my assistant to stay in 2 rooms for a 2-day work trip. When I got there, I saw a sign it has no Wi-Fi. The agent said she did not know if it will be back on in a day or longer. There is no way to work on a computer when there is no internet, and it would make my trip nearly useless. Element Omaha breached the contract by not supplying agre... read more
