The only hotel I’ve ever had issues with them charging my card unexpectedly. I called to cancel my reservation and was told it would be cancelled. Then, after they charged me I called, and the woman I spoke with was very rude and implying I was lying about cancelling my room when I have the call logs. She refused to refund me for a room I never stayed in. I have a feeling when I called to cancel they actually just charged me instead. We had a nice stay here with our pet dog. Great location with lots of restaurants walkable from the property, a nice park, good breakfast, and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Would stay again!
Breakfast is above average, with a good lil greek yoghurt bar, and a manned pancake station, sometimes.. but i couldnt figure out when. The free happy hour drinks and snacks were nice and an unexpected amenity. I Had to remind staff for the "welcome bag" us Bonvoy status holders are supposed to get.. staff who checked us in seemed very new and had no knowledge of rooms. Couldnt answer simple question about if the room had a full kitchenette..(with cooktop). Neither of the gals at the front desk had a clue.09 some of the pub
