Very nice place. Nice location, great amenities, great vibe. Nicole, the property manager, provides an excellent tour and experience. She is personal, professional and knowledgeable.

We are very happy with our wonderful home at Element Oakwood. Property manager Nicole has established a wonderful environment for us to enjoy time and the amenities with our neighbors. Additionally, we are continually impressed and grateful for the professionalism and meticulousness of our maintenance manager, Curtis. He is responsive, courteous, and thorough in completing all repairs and improvements. I am always confident in timely and accurate work whenever we need his assistance.
The maintenance guy Curtis is a beast. Always responds quickly and gets whatever you need done. Great guy and wants to help.
