Weve had issues on 3 different occasions with the app (the first time being our move in) not properly accepting payment and you want to charge us $150 because we added an updated payment method that didnt properly go through. What a great way to treat tenants that never miss rent payments and have been here for over a year!

Weve had issues on 3 different occasions with the app (the first time being our move in) not properly accepting payment and you want to charge us $150 because we added an updated payment method that didnt properly go through. Absolute waste of money. Initially approached by the leasing agent to portray a beautiful, clean apartment and what we got was the complete opposite. Our apartment balcony was covered in green algae/mold/mildew which we pressure washed, the smell in the apartment was musty, and walking across the carpet made the bottoms of your feet turn of black filth, which we had professionally shampooed. A month after we moved in, the leasing agency began renovation projects for all kitchens. Came back from a trip only to find out kitche... read more
