Daniel the front desk guy! Fantastic personality. Whoever hired him is brilliant. The property is open, clean and the hallways are conveniently wide. Plenty of parking and I'm doing my laundry here on property as I'm writing this review. This is the second time I have stay at a Element property and will mot hesitate to stay again. The first was in Colorado Springs and 2nd here in Moab. Great job everybody.
DO NOT GO HERE. Currently staying at this hotel right now : our room is infested with bugs, ants, or similar animals (see picture). No one apologised ou refunded anything at least at the time. When we ask to ask use the laundry room (to clean our clothes that were infested) we have been asked to pay 8$ in cash. No credit card is accepted, and we can’t put it on the room’s bill. They seem unsafe of our problem (maybe because all rooms are infested so we are not the only one today to complain about that ?). Also, they are not ... read more
Great location and service. Dog friendly, EV Chargers, pool and free breakfast. Pool is not heated so on a hot day it will cool you off or use the hot tub to relax a bit.
Lost my jacket at the pool. Left and then called and they said they had it and would mail it back. Never received the package called them multiple times and they said they lost it. Front desk woman was extremely rude. Completely inappropriate.
