Even though I don't love having to get my yearly mammograms (at Lees's Summit Element) and breast MRIs (Overland Park location), Element makes it such a quiet, simple and calm process. The MRI technician that guided me through my latest MRI this week in OP, Jordyn, was so kind, caring and helpful. Every time I go there, the MRIs get easier and easier for me, due to their efforts to make me comfortable and at ease. Thank you to everyone there for creating this peaceful process.
The staff is super friendly & extremely professional, but also personable. They made sure I was comfortable through all aspects of my mammogram.
I really appreciated them reviewing their schedule when I called in to see if they could get me in sooner after their online scheduling tool showed they were booked full for the next several days.
