I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help with any request. My room was immaculately clean, which I greatly appreciated. The breakfast offered was truly excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
No issues with this place . Water pressure is good . Room is clean. People are good. Its a solid place
Bad: house keeping didnt fill my soap and shampoo for a week until i left the bottles out of the shower for them to find. Had to go buy my own stuff. Breakfast is not good to start out with; but they have the same bad breakfast every single morning with very little difference. Key cards dont work on the pool door. Most anger inducing: laundry costs 4 dollars total minimum... only 2 machines per cycle for the whole building. Machines only take quarters. Front desk refuse to give quarters. This was our first time visiting Houston, and staying at Element by Marriott Houston Katy was truly the best decision! The environment was comfortable, spacious, and clean, the breakfast was delicious, and there was even a self-service laundry room. Most importantly, the manager, Lena, and the staff member, Emily, were so friendly and kind to our special-needs daughter, which made our family feel truly warm and welcomed. We will definitely choose this hotel again the next time we visit Houston.
Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Staff is nice, but the beds are like cardboard, the pillows are extremely thin, and the overall interior seems like the hotel has been flipped with poor elevator service. My mobile room key didn’t work.
