I would like to sincerely thank Elements Heating & Cooling for the prompt response to the air conditioning issue that was raised late last night (26/01/26). A special mention to Steve for personally arranging a technician to attend first thing this morning (27/01/26) at 8:00 am and for ensuring the issue was fully resolved by 9:30 am, all within approximately 1.5 hours. Not Recommended, Very bad customer service had call with lady called Shelly, they don’t let you speak at all . Very disrespectful.
The photo posted is our control panel as I have no better photos because I can not climb up in the ceiling. I didn't get the name of the 2 guys who serviced us last 27th of May '24, and they said they will come back after a couple of days, Wednesday came and no one showed up in the morning even in the afternoon, I called the office no one's answering, I called the guy's number, he answered and say "Oh we don't have a service in your area today, tomorrow we will go there" so there goes my Wednesday work thrown in the rubbish ... read more
