I must say the location is perfect, the rooms are clean , hallways need some air freshener because they smell like dogs. Front Desk Kudos to David who is very polite and has great great customer service and plenty of patience. I have had a few encounters with other front desk staff that just need to find another job customer service is not there thing. The General manager demeanor will scare anyone away. Very rude. Best hotel in the area... hands down. Amazing breakfast to get you started in the morning, free drinks in the evenings after work, friendly service, and ample free parking. Only complaint is some rooms can get loud, but that can happen anywhere nowadays.
This location and guests are awful. Insanely loud music from both outside and inside. They have you sign a waiver that says you won’t drink,smoke, or party (because guess what - that’s what people do here). I found it impossible to get a decent nights rest. Avoid.
