The room and service were fantastic. Sadly the area makes it hard to see where to go in at. Little parking on the street at the main entrance and the back door requires a card, but that's where the parking lot is.
Day 2 out of 9 of our mini vacation and so far everyone has been so helpful. Our family of 4 adults and 4 kids , recently lost our home due to a fire and we were placed at this hotel. As mentioned we have 4 kids (age 10-1) and the hotel provided cribs, extra blankets and towels. The breakfast was great. Check in was a breeze as well. So far my kids are loving it and we are very comfortable. Shout out to Ada and David for helping us get settled. Thank you both <3
Isaiah the front desk attendant is great. This is the only hotel I stay when I am in Virginia. Just great staff.
Dirty hotel. Off the elevator on my floor, the hallways are beat up. The doors are dirty and banged up. The lock hardware on my door was missing parts so you could push my door in about an inch when it was “locked.” The straw that broke it for me was the “stranger pubes” on the bathroom floor. Dirty room.
